Spaghetti sauce from scratch

I.followed a recipe I found on pintrest for a spaghetti sauce
5 diced onions . I had two large
8 cloves garlic
4 tbl veg oil
Cook until clear
One .12 oz can tomato paste it called for 30 oz
I added once onions were cooked
4 tbl Oregono
3 tbl basil
2 tbl parsley
1 Tsp pepper
2 tbl salt
.1/4 c sugar
16 skinned diced tomatos
I blanched my tomatoes from arnulfo's moms garden then peeled removing stems ans cutting and x on the bottoms.
I also made salsa she gave me fresh jalapenos
I let it cook four hours on low blending it in my blender to make a.sauce
