For chili
I cooked one onion
two cloves garlic
One green pepper
with three pounds ground beef
Brown meat
I soaked red beans over night I guess pinto beans are traditional and kidney beabins
I put in a small spice container of chili powder
One recipe said fourth a cup! Phew!
I salted generously ans pepper
Oregano
Cumin
Coridander seed
One can tomato sauce
One can tomato paste( thinking) didn't need
Two cups water one knorr chicken boullion cube
One can chili beans
I tore up one dried pepper
A shake of cyanne pepper
It cooked overnight on croc pot stirring.ocassionally on low
It thickens up good and the bean became nice and soft but started sticking to the sides it taste good but.I taste the tomato paste not sure I needed it in there trying to figure pit how to take away that taste
