I sauted with bacon fat

Crab muffins

Eng muffins cut.in half open face butter spread.on each
Crack crab about one to two cups
Shredded onion
Small.diced celery
Three heaping tbl of mayo
Mix with fork to shred meat
Place.in piles on each muffin
Top with cheddar cheese
Bake or broil to.melt cheese until Brown

Mac n cheese sauce from scratch

I cook one cube butter with 4 tblspoon flour stir
Let foam up. To cook out flour taste
Pour in three to four. Cups milk
Stir in tsp salt 1/2 tsp peppar
Two shakes hot sauce
Shred mild cheddar cheese three cups set aside
Hubbys job!
Let milk and flour mixture come to a bubbling boil simmer stirring to thicken
Once to desired consistency
Stir in shredded cheese (usually I add Mozerella and parmesian to better taste) sprinkle extra on top
Then bake at 350 for 30 min.
This time I boiled bow tie pasta for seven min all dente drained and let sit in warm cheese sauce
Served with frozen peas is my fav.

Bbque beef sandwich

Let cook in croc pot 6 to 7 hours with broth cut up celery onion carrots and poato garlic Johnny.and peppar.once.meat shredded mix with Dave bbque sauce mine is sweet baby rays. I first had at Tony and Nicoles house
I put.on warmed.hamburger bun with slices of meltes.mozerella cheese
