Half a Roasted sweet potato whipped with 2 tbl of organic butter
To make turkey gravy
Fry ground turkey remove from pan
2 tbl olive oil
One onion chopped cook until clear salt n.peppar
Add one clove mashed peeled garlic
Add three tbl almond flour to fry
Pour.in 1/2 cup almond milk to deglaze pan will thicken to gravy
Bake in bottom put sweet potato in top with mozerlla cheese bake 350 for 20 min
I served with steamed broccoli
