Got.just the breast this year baked in water with butter on skin red potatoes not.for me. Two sweet potatoes to roast for three hours salt and pepper, basil parsley lemon cut in half and left in pan to roast with onion and.garlic rosemary pushed into bird
I checked after two hours and used my baster to pour the dripping over the top

Two egg whites
One.cup my glutin free crackers crumbled in food.processor
Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
One onion chopped and sauted in 2 tbl.coconut oil with two cloves mashed peeled garlic
It called for.parmesan cheese I sprinkled it on after.
It says to refridgerate overnight then freeze.before baking in one inch balls at 350 for 30.min

I.just rolled.in.balls.on coconut oiled pan for 30.min in oven.at 350.

Brown rice almond cracker

Made my first batch of gluten free low cal crackers

One cup almond raw in food processor
Italian seasoning
Kosher salt
Pepperchives
Thin sliced union
Garlic powder
One cup cooked and cooled brown rice in food processor
2 tbl olive oil
4-6 tbl water
Blend in blender or food.processor until a dough comes together
Roll between two peices of parchment paper slice square to break apart later bake 30-40 min at 350 I took of browned edges and flipped over separated crackera after 30 min and cooked another 10 min cool and wrap to keep from getting stale

Christmas fudge

One bag semi sweet chocolate chips I used dark
One cup peanut butter chip
1 cup butterscotch chips
One cube butter
One can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbl milk
One container marshmallow fluff
Melt all ingredients over medium heat stirring

Once melted stir in fluff and 1/4 tsp almond extract and 1 tsp vanilla cool in buttered pan refrigerator until set cut in squares

Tilapia quinoa and salad

For qunioa rinse first. Then bring 2 1/2 cups water to boil with onion.and bullion cube one cup quinoa boil with lid on medium for .20 min. Watch it  may burn or soak up fast! Will pop open when done!

Baked turkey tenderloin found at hahhen for 5.99 on.sale. baked 30.min at 350. Cooled . Cut up romaine. Green peppars and add vinaigrette

Cauliflower tortilla

Sugar free over like chocolate ice cream

I mixed one cup.of almond milk with ice ans one half cup frozen organic strawberry no sugar added. Winco bulk cocoa powder two tablespoons. One half packet of stevia blend until fine like ice cream texture

Soup with wild rice

Fry one onion. Wild rice with garlic and veggies in olive oil. Add a bullion cube to four cubes boiling water and deglaze the pan pouring over frying veggies once onion is clear.  Let simmer for an hour.until rice pops

Sugar free whole wheat banana bread

With Greek yogurt. Whole wheat pastry flour and sucrolose. Bananas already have a lot of sugar. Remember to stop the mixer and scrape down the sides  of the bowl.

One cube soft organic butter or half melted coconut oil
Two eggs
1/2 cup.Greek yogurt
One cup sucrolose ( half honey would go nice with whole wheat) I'd like to try coconut flour next
Mix butter and sugar with one tsp vanilla
Mix 3 tsp baking powder
With 2c whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp salt
Combine until completely mixes acrapt sides of bowl
I keep my bananas in freezer. Microwave two minutes three bananas let fall out of peel.
Mix until combined
Bake in coconut oil greased pan for 30 min at 350 or until knife comes out clean.

Turkey bacon and asparagus

Fry two peices of turkey bacon cut off bottom of asparagus. Remove bacon from pan add one half cup of water  and asparagus with 1/2 tsp salt cover with lid to simmer until soft with fork. Remove from.pan and crumble bacon on top

Pumpkin curry soup with brown jasmine rice

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 large onion, diced 
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger 
2 large carrots, sliced
 Two large diced tomatoes
 one can of rinsed kidney beans
  2 cups chicken broth
 2 cups coconut milk
 one cup sugar pumpkin i roasted from Danny an Tina Garners garden! then chopped I like chunks 
1/2 cup winco bulk almond butter
 2 teaspoons curry powder 
1/8 tsp cayenne if you like spicy
red peppar flakes
½ teaspoon sea salt 
4 cups fresh spinach, 
chopped ¼ cup roasted almonds, chopped
Directions:
 In a large soup pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Cook the onion for about 5 minutes, until translucent  Add the ginger, carrots, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, broth, non-dairy milk and pumpkin  to the pot. Lower the heat to medium and cook for about 30 minutes, until the vegetables have softened.  Add almon butter, curry powder and salt to the pot and stir to combine. Stir in the spinach and cook   Transfer to bowls and top with chopped almond
Makes 6 – 8 servings
