I recently has a sample of poems sauce so fluffy and creamy supposed to be veggie n cashew? I couldn't believe it. So my cousin Tanya hooked me up with her recipe poem inboxed my facebook too!! Thank you poem.
So perfect that I had leftover red mashed potatoes from lastnight. I soaked
1 cup cashews
Blended
Boiled
1 onion chopped
2 cloves mashed garlic
2 carrots chopped
Then scooped.out the cooked veggies into my blender with about
3 c mashed potato
Puree all veggie nd nut cream with
2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp.cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp peppar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Add to boiled pasta as replacement for cheese sauce. I made another version or this with sweet potatoes!
