Gluten free crust for Gen

I used

A mix of flour Bob red mill from winco bulk and king art her gluten free mix from Fred meyer.
In bread machine I added a
1 cup of 2% milk
2 tbl olive oil
1 tsp salt to Jonny garlic seasoning
3 tsp yeast
3 cups flour mixes
2 tsp sugar
1 tbl honey
Let rise in dough setting scrape down sides to help mix dough add milk 9th flour if needed.
Drizzle pan with olive oil roll out onto pan with red mill mix on top to help not stick
Cut up one half cube butter over crust sprinkle Jonny garlic salt
Shredded monterrey jack cheese
Medium cheddar cheese
Artichoke hearts
Spinach
Sprinkle parmesian cheese over bake 425 20 min
